Delicious recipes, meals and even weekly menus make it easier than ever to plan meals for you and your family. Don’t worry. When you are on the FreedomFit program, you don’t have to give up your favorite food groups. Through the latest medical studies on food, we have found the foods within each group that promote weight loss and healthy living. Delicious, mouth watering recipes such as Huevos Rancheros, Baked Denver Omelet, and Yogurt and Granola Parfait for breakfast, Asian Stuffed Peppers, Chicken Fajitas and Peppered Turkey Sandwich for lunch and Carne Asada Tacos with Southwest Coleslaw, Cajun Shrimp Kabobs with Sautéed Asparagus and Parmesan Crusted Pork with Cranberry Salad for dinner are only a few of the delicious recipes we have to offer. Looking for a vegetarian option? Don’t worry, we offer several vegetarian recipes and menu options.
Weight loss depends on several factors including your weight, your diet, your age, your activity level and other factors. FreedomFit was designed to get you on the fast track to reaching your goals. Typically you can expect to lose at least 1-3 pounds per week, maybe more in the beginning. Again, several factors play a role in how much you will lose.
Many of our members are here for different reasons. Those starting our program who are moderately overweight or obese are advised to start at Stage 1, Back to the Basics. This is meant to jump start weight loss and get members back into a routine of eating healthy and cutting out harmful foods such as refined sugars and flours. Don’t worry however; the recipes in Stage 1 are still as delicious as ever.
Stage 2, Expanding You Horizons, is for members only looking to lose a small amount of weight and start living healthy. You can still eat the same delicious recipes that are in Stage 1 but more foods are added.
Stage 3, Living the Life, is the lifestyle stage. By this time, members have learned what foods to avoid and what foods to enjoy. They can easily maintain their weight and have a collection of mouth watering recipes to help them do so. If individuals join FreedomFit without the intention of losing weight and are just looking for a way to get healthy, this is the stage for them.
Stage 1 is for members moderately overweight or obese. Stage 1 should be followed for a period of 2 weeks.
Stage 2 is for members looking to lose a small amount of weight and Stage 3 is for members trying to get healthy that are already within a healthy weight range

We understand that with our busy lifestyles, we don’t have time to measure or count everything that goes into our mouths. Changing your habits is hard enough, you don’t need to burden yourself with endless counting. FreedomFit enables our members to recognize the foods that we should eat and gives them delicious ways to prepare them. It’s that simple.
Once again, FreedomFit is a lifestyle program. Throughout our three stages, members will learn how to choose foods wisely, an exercise routine that will work for them and will get the support they need to achieve it all. FreedomFit members are “Livin the Life” and keeping the weight off!

The FreedomFit Support Team is here whether its encouragement, recipe help, looking for the perfect swimsuit for your body type or would just like some ideas on a quick 10 minute exercise routine. You can also chat with all your “FreedomFit Friends” or for all you men out there, there a spot just for you on our Men’s Page.
We do recommend finding an exercise routine but it needs to be one you feel comfortable with. Email our Fitness Guide for suggestions based on your schedule, weight, age and other factors or choose from her weekly tips and mix it up a bit. Don’t forget, exercise can be fun. The FreedomFit program has a $39.99 start up fee and that includes your first month. Thereafter, there is a $19.99 per month charge automatically billed to your credit card. Members can cancel at any time.
