Ingredients
1⁄2 pound(s) ground turkey, lean
1 garlic clove(s), minced
2 iceburg lettuce leaves
1⁄2 tomato, small
1⁄4 red onion(s)
1⁄2 teaspoon(s) salt
1⁄4 teaspoon(s) pepper, black
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon(s), 1 teaspoon(s) mustard, yellow
3 tablespoon(s) ketchup, no sugar added
2 whole grain, high fiber hamburger bun
Directions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, garlic, salt, pepper and worcestshire sauce. Mix well.
- Form into patties and place on grill.
- Cook about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, slice tomato and onions.
- Serve burger on buns with mustard, ketchup, lettuce, onions and tomatoes.

Ingredients
2 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
1⁄4 cup(s), 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon(s) oregano, dried
1⁄2 teaspoon(s) basil, dried
1 1⁄2 garlic clove(s), minced
1⁄2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 1⁄4 teaspoon(s) pepper, black
1⁄4 teaspoon(s) thyme, dried
2⁄3 teaspoon(s) salt
2 1⁄2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
Directions
- In a resealable bag, add oil, wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic,
oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken breast
halves and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bake in a prepared baking dish for 35-40 minutes or until chicken is
cooked through.

Homemade Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
1 tablespoon(s) ketchup, no sugar added
1⁄2 tablespoon(s) horseradish, prepared
1⁄2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1⁄4 sugar substitute packet(s)
4 ounce(s) shrimp, cooked, frozen and peeled
1⁄2 avocado, medium
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish and sugar substitute. Mix well and set aside.
- Thaw shrimp according to package directions, rinse well and remove tails.
- Chop shrimp and avocado and place in a medium bowl.
- Add the sauce and toss to coat.

1 high fiber, whole grain tortilla(s)
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1⁄4 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
1⁄4 teaspoon(s) pepper, black
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
- In a
small bowl combine olive oil, italian seasoning, pepper and garlic
salt.
- Brush each tortilla with mixture on both side.
- Place triangles on
a cookie sheet and bake about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
