12 pound(s) red snapper fillet(s)

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Rinse snapper fillets with water and coat both sides with mixed spices.
  3. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry fillets about 5 minutes per side or until deeply browned and fish can be flaked with a fork.
